Good morning!!  We will do the following tests today:  6th grade- ELA- Growth and Expansion of America, 7th grade- Technology in the Classroom, 8th grade- South Pole.  The schedule is below.

TESTING BELL SCHEDULE

1^st Period           8:15-10:06               (111 Minute test period)

Break                 10:06-10:21             (15 Minutes)

2^nd Period          10:25-11:07             (42 Minutes)

3^rd Period          11:10-11:52             (42 Minutes)

Lunch                11:52-12:27             (35 Minutes)

4^th Period           12:31-1:13               (42 Minutes)

5^th Period           1:16-1:58                 (42 Minutes)

6^th Period           2:01-2:43                 (42 Minutes)

    
2nd period--
English groups:
      Ms. Hynes-- red group
      Ms. Prestridge-- purple group

3rd period--
Math- test on area of acute triangles using height and base.  Write the formula at the top of your paper and use it to do the problems.  Remember that sometimes you need to turn your paper around so that the base is at the bottom.

4th period--
Science: read science textbook p. 110-125.  Answer questions on p. 115, 117, 119, 121, 122 & 123     in Google drive.
